RigBrain was a weekly commercial-permit lead service for heavy-equipment dealers. It's been wound down and is no longer taking customers.

The open-source tool it was built on — a Python puller that pulls and scores commercial building permits from public city open-data feeds — is still available and MIT-licensed.
